STRESS-FREE LISTING PREPARATION
I know that selling your property can be stressful and time consuming. That’s why I use a time tested system to ensure the process is as seamless as possible. After a thorough pre-sale consultation, my team and I work closely with you to coordinate the execution of all necessary tasks to help prepare your property. From contractors and cleaners to decluttering or junk removal, we will help make it all happen, so you don’t have to.
HOME STAGING
Drawing Buyers to your home depends heavily on how your property looks. To complement my marketing and sales strategy, I partner with staging consultants and interior designers to ensure the home shows well in person as well as all marketing materials. At your request, we will arrange staging and styling that best suits your property and the target Buyer.
BREATHTAKING PHOTOGRAPHY
First impressions count. 96% of Buyers start their property search online and swipe through thousands of photos to find the ‘one’. Unfortunately, that can also make it harder for Buyers to distinguish one listing from another. When you only have a split second to captivate a Buyer’s attention and have your listing stand out from the rest, the photos have to stop them in their tracks.
We used our full marketing plan to sell this Edmonds-area home for $60,000 over list price in just over 24 hours.
CUSTOM LIFESTYLE VIDEOS
Because Buyers begin their home search online, my marketing strategy focuses on online storytelling. Video is one of the most effective storytelling tools and helps us to uniquely showcase your property to capture attention.
Slideshow Videos versus Interactive Floor Plans and Video Tours
It’s so important to be aware that there is a huge difference between a slideshow tour and a video tour. Don’t be misled!
Most agents will promise “listing videos” and what they intend to provide is an animated slideshow of the property photos. I spend the time and money to do it right.

ONLINE EXPERIENCES THAT BRINGS RESULTS (BUYERS!)
I leverage sophisticated online marketing and social media tools to target, track and convert Buyers. For each and every property we determine the demographic profile of your potential Buyer and run online campaigns that target them. We also use the industry’s best systems for coming soon ads, targeted and segmented email blasts, retargeting campaigns, just listed and open house postings.
In addition to syndicating your listing to the typical sites your listing will also be syndicated to 1,000s of additional site through our syndication and brokerage partners.

Each of the properties I list also receives a custom property website which allows us to highlight video, photos, floor plans and property features in a more robust and interactive format than standard Real Estate website. We utilize an interactive real-time chat feature that enables us to capture interested Buyers quickly. - Property Statistics
We actively track property statistics to ensure the property is performing well. You receive a weekly performance report that shows all traffic, interactions and relevant stats. - Social Media
As Real Estate has moved almost entirely to digital, social media has become more and more important to selling a home. As part of our digital strategy we create campaigns across all social media platforms.
OPEN HOUSES
In the current environment, we are not able to host in person Open Houses, so instead, I leverage my experience in digital marketing to create virtual Open Houses and other types of virtual experiences that draw in qualified Buyers.
